American developer Bill Cooper grew up in New Smyrna Beach, Florida where he went to high school and then went to Daytona Beach Community College. He has worked in construction most of his life, owned his own painting and pressure cleaning business for 6 years. He is currently employed with AO Precision in Daytona Beach working as a CNC Machinist. Mr. Cooper has seen on television stories of children being left in hot cars and oftentimes perishing. One night he was watching television and once again saw that another child had been forgotten in a vehicle. He immediately began writing down his ideas for an app of how to help solve this ongoing problem.
He has teamed up for the development of this project with Zapporoo to transform his idea into a marketable platform. He has been consistently creating and developing his vision. He has several prototype drawings of this application, which have provided the designer with a clear picture of how it will appear once it is brought into production. This process is critical for making any modifications in developing a more accommodating application. This application has unique features not presently available in the marketplace. The application programming is currently in the developmental stages. Mr. Cooper feels passionately about this application and believes in the positive impact it will have in any market where it is promoted.
